Some people shine in business. Others make their mark in academia. Ravi Kashyap has accomplished impressive things in both arenas. Now, Ravi is joining the Formation Fi Team as Head of Quantitative Research. The specialized expertise he brings to risk-adjusted portfolio of decentralized open financial crypto assets in the form of algorithmically rebasing indexes.

Other financial topics Ravi covers include market microstructure, securities lending strategies, and the intersection of financial markets and the social sciences.
Beyond finance, Ravi has done novel work in artificial intelligence/machine learning, ecology and evolution, and problem solving. His publications have been cited hundreds of times. ‘Involvement’ is Ravi’s favorite word.
